- This is a fixed price deal and
must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
No deposits will be taken only the full balance guarantees your

- Cancellations with more than 14
days notice receives a full refund. Less than 14 days will result
in a full refund minus £50 cancellation fee. No refunds or
partial refunds for missing players on the day of the
event.
- Late payment automatically
releases the offer for re-booking.
